​Choosing to add a Cute Pup to your family is a commitment of 10 -14+ years. So, choosing the right pup for you and your family is very important. This adoption questionnaire is designed to help us pick the dog that best suits you and your lifestyle. There is much more to puppies than just a pretty face. I have watched them grow and interact with their mother, littermates, household pets, and my family so I know their personalities well.

Tell me a little about you, the family your pup will be living with, and the qualities you are looking for in a Pup so that we can place a puppy with a complementary personality and energy level with yours. When we have puppies available we ensure that our puppies are only sold to loving committed homes and we do our best, to ensure a good match between the personality of prospective owners and our puppies, that is why we ask you to fill in this questionnaire, to help us get to know you better and to understand what you are looking for in a puppy.

This questionnaire serves the purpose of helping us become better acquainted with the people inquiring about
our Cavaliers. It serves to present us with a more complete picture of what you are looking for in a dog and to
help us match you, as a potential buyer, with a dog that will ultimately turn out to be what you are looking for.
This questionnaire in no way constitutes a contract on our part that there will be a puppy will be offered. 

Also, there are no right or wrong answers!

Although we will always keep in mind the color preference of our puppy buyers we DO NOT place our pups in homes based solely on color choice.  We evaluate the pups from day 1 and puppies are placed based on a wide variety of things including temperament, natural instinct, and suitability. 

If you are interested in a puppy from an upcoming litter we recommend you complete our questionnaire and speak with us (via phone, e-mail or in person) after that.  When we have a litter planned we will notify you and we will request a deposit from people interested in a pup.  We reserve the right to choose not to place a puppy in a prospective home at any time or for any reason and if you have given us a deposit it will be fully refunded if this occurs. Our first consideration is the safety and well-being of our puppies, from the day they are conceived until the day (hopefully long in the future) when they pass on.

As you have probably gathered we are very protective of our puppies...they are all raised in our home and are well cared for and socialized during their time with us. Each and every puppy receives a lot of love, playtime, and attention. Even with all the attention, puppies going to a new home are not a trained, well-mannered finished product…they are puppies! They will have accidents and they will get into mischief, all part of being a puppy. We expect new owners to finish the job we have started and helped their puppy become a mature, well-mannered Cavalier by being responsible for the further development of the puppy's personality through structured discipline, training, guidance and most of all, love.  We also keep in close contact with our puppy buyers, they become part of our extended family!  We're always available to help you with
questions or just about anything else!

Our Puppy Deposit Guarantee 

A $200 deposit is required to secure a puppy of your choice. Prices vary from litter to litter, deposits are accepted directly following whelping. The balance of the cost of your Puppy's Adoption is due upon delivery or pickup. Your deposit guarantees that you have been approved to adopt a 'My Cute Pups LLC."  This deposit is non-refundable. However, if for any reason your selected puppy is deemed unadoptable, unhealthy, or experiences an unforeseen accident; your deposit will be transferable to another available puppy in the current ( if available) or future litter.

Deposits are mandatory, they are the only way to reserve a puppy for adoption.

Puppies are normally allowed to join their new families between 8 to 10 weeks of age. 8 weeks to the day is the earliest a puppy will ever be allowed to leave our care. Should we feel a puppy is not ready to leave they will stay in our care until we feel they are ready. Should we change the release date no extended care boarding fee will be charged for that period of time. 
My Cute Pups LLC. s will be glad to work with a buyer to hold a puppy past 8 weeks of age should the need arise for various reasons. Once you choose your puppy. A non-refundable deposit is needed to hold that puppy. Payment in full must be made by the time the puppy is 8 weeks of age on the day of pickup.

There is a small extended care boarding fee of $100 dollars per week to hold a puppy past 8 weeks. My Cute Pups LLC. only boards up to 10 weeks.  To keep your puppy on track with potty training we will continue housebreaking. The pickup date will need to be arranged in writing and signed by both parties. Please contact us for more details if this is an arrangement you will need.

No puppy is considered sold until a deposit has been made or payment is made in full. 
Please note that we reserve the right of the first pick of the litter on each litter born.

All other puppies in the litter will be up for adoption in the order deposits are taken.
